Services
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is the clinic’s signature lymphatic treatment, designed to stimulate lymphatic movement, reduce fluid retention, and restore balance within the body. This fast paced, rhythmic, full-body technique includes targeted abdominal work and attention to areas of fascial restriction, with the (optional) use of aromatherapy and warm towels to enhance the therapeutic effect. Each treatment is delivered with precision, creating a highly effective and refined lymphatic experience.
Best suited for: patients experiencing fluid retention, hormonal and digestive issues, fatigue, and those seeking advanced, full-body lymphatic care as part of their ongoing wellness routine.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a slow-paced, gentle treatment designed to support the natural movement of lymph while promoting nervous system regulation. This approach combines lymphatic techniques with therapeutic massage to address muscular tension, reduce fluid accumulation, and support circulation. The unhurried pace allows the body to respond gradually, making it especially beneficial for patients who are immunocompromised or require a more calming treatment.
Best suited for: patients with lipedema, stage 1 lymphedema, autoimmune or inflammatory conditions, chronic swelling, or those seeking a lymphatic treatment that addresses muscular tension.
Post-Operative Treatments
Post-Operative treatments include Lymphatic Drainage and scar tissue mobilization. These treatments are very gentle, highly individualized, and designed to support the body’s healing process following surgery. Techniques are carefully adapted to your procedure and stage of recovery to help manage swelling, support fluid movement, and encourage healthy tissue repair. These treatments are for patients who are healing within 2 - 12 weeks after the procedure, provided no complications or infections are present and lymphatic drainage is not contraindicated.
Best suited for: patients recovering from cosmetic or medical procedures, or other procedures that result in swelling and scar tissue adhesions.
Therapeutic Massage Therapy
Therapeutic Massage Therapy focuses on relieving muscular tension, improving tissue mobility, and supporting overall physical function without a lymphatic focus. Treatments are thorough, slow-paced, and tailored to your individual needs using light to firm pressure and a range of different techniques. Aromatherapy, cupping, and facial gua sha may be incorporated upon request to enhance the treatment and address specific areas of concern.
Best suited for: patients experiencing muscular tension, injury, chronic pain, stress, postural strain, headaches, or those seeking a relaxing, restorative treatment without lymphatic drainage.
