Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (using the Vodder Method) helps improve lymphatic fluid circulation for optimal health, even in those with compromised lymphatic systems (ie. post-surgery, cancer, or lymphedema). It is a slow paced treatment using very gentle pressure aimed to get rid of excess inflammation and toxins to speed up the healing process. The purpose of slow & gentle techniques is not to overtax the body during its recovery phase.
Ideal for: large amounts of swelling/edema, post-op and oncology care, chronic inflammation, and more.
45 minute: $140 + HST
60 minute: $160 + HST
75 minute: $190 + HST
90 minute: $220 + HST -
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (using the Renata Franca Method) helps the body get rid of extra fluids and toxins by utilizing a powerful combination of gentle pressure and fast paced techniques. These techniques aim to decrease water retention, boost the immune system, and release restrictive fascia. It’s an intense lymphatic treatment with dramatic results, even after one session. It’s ideal for those experiencing burnout, low energy, or sleep issues.
Ideal for: smaller amounts of swelling/edema, high stress levels, sleeplessness, bloating, and more.
60 minute: $180 + HST (body only)
90 minute: $250 + HST (face, scalp & body)

Therapeutic Treatments
Therapeutic treatments are for those who need regular massage therapy in their lives without any lymphatic drainage. I offer aromatherapy, cupping, and facial gua sha by request during these appointments as well. I use light to firm pressure and a variety of techniques to get the best and most thorough results. These treatments are great for those looking to reduce stress, get more sleep, or ease their chronic pain/tension.
Ideal for: high stress levels, sleep issues, chronic pain/tension, poor circulation, headaches, and more.

Cancellations:
24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If you wish to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours the card on file will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. There are no exceptions to this policy, even with last-minute emergencies and sickness. The fee will only be waived if you fill the spot and send someone in your place. Please understand that the income of service providers (like myself) relies solely on people showing up for their requested service. This is my livelihood and ensures I have a sustainable business. Thank you for understanding.
If I cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours your next treatment is 100% compensated. I uphold the policy I enforce as well, out of respect for my patient's time and well-being. Email reminders are sent 2 days (and texted 2 hours) before your appointment so that you have ample time to reschedule before the 24 hour window closes.
Please note that multiple occurrences of canceling last minute may result in being discharged.
Late / No Show:
If you are late unfortunately I cannot extend the time or cut the cost of treatment. Showing up 5 minutes early to get settled is always best.
Not showing up for the treatment altogether will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Thank you.
